Human Capital Vellweb was the captial of Gloriano. Both Holy Emperor Diaz's palace and the Dragoon Towers were located here. The captial was abandoned shortly after the Dragon Campaign. A large mechanical crossbow can be found in the ruins. It was used to shoot down wingly cities
