The Forbidden Land is the remains of Wingly Capital Kadessa which was destroyed by the Dragoons during the Dragon Campaign. The same magic corruption in Tibernoa resides in the ruins. Both the Dragon Buster and Dragon Block Staff were sealed inside however the Dragon Buster was stolen long ago. A dormant Virage is also sealed inside along with many memories.
